Refund Policy

Every piece from Burney African Art & Creations is made with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy before you order.
Before you order
Please contact us before ordering so we can answer your questions, confirm the item, its price and shipping. Call or text (904) 240-5409 or email Cburney44@yahoo.com.
Returns and refunds
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Contact us first. Please do not ship anything back until we have approved the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the item price to the same method you used to pay, usually within 10 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is arranged with us directly and is not included in the item price. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the cost of returning an item is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not the one you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including the cost of shipping it back.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom or made-to-order pieces.
- Items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without our approval.
Original paintings, art prints and pendants
Our work is handmade, so small differences in color, texture and size between the photos and the item you receive are normal and are not a defect. Colors may also look slightly different on different screens.
